(ChattahBox) — While Bernard Madoff has pleaded guilty and been locked away hopefully for the rest of his life, things are far from over. Federal prosecutors filed a notice in federal court Sunday evening declaring its intent to seek the forfeiture of property owned by Bernard Madoff and his wife, Ruth.  Madoff’s attorneys have said Ruth Madoff should be allowed to keep nearly $70 million in assets that are in her name, while prosecutors and cheated investors strongly disagree.
